Physical and Mental Health

SJA has a history of involvement in walks and runs for various local charities as well as participation in the nationwide 50 million pound challenge. Recognized as the leading chapter in the region, SJA walked 9,519,476 steps between January 2018-April 2018 in the One Million steps to STOMP OUT sexual assault.  

 

SJA has long believed that it is essential for your mind, body, and spirit to be in perfect harmony. Our annual workshop takes place each year in April and guarantees to be an informative and energizing experience for all participants.
